We are looking for a skilled SAP HCM Consultant with hands-on experience in German Payroll configuration and implementation to join our dynamic team at Zalaris. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional expertise in SAP HCM with a focus on German statutory requirements and payroll processing. * Configure, implement, and support SAP HCM Payroll (PY-DE) aligned with German legal requirements and customer specifications.
* Lead or support end-to-end payroll implementations for German entities.
* Perform system testing, support user acceptance testing, and resolve any functional issues.
* Work closely with clients to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and offer scalable solutions.
