Job Description
SAP HCM Lead JD:
- Lead SAP HCM module implementations (Indian Payroll, PA, OM, Time Management, ESS & MSS, Travel, etc.) across projects.
- Should have atleast 3 E2E implementations (BBP to Go-live) & support projects.
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into SAP HCM solutions.
- Design end-to-end solutions, including configurations, enhancements, and integrations with other HR systems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional SAP teams (FI, MM, etc.) to ensure smooth system integration.
- Provide thought leadership on best practices, process optimization, and industry trends in HR technology.
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, and resources, ensuring adherence to scope and budget.
- Guide and mentor junior consultants, providing functional and technical expertise.
- Handle issue resolution, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives in SAP HCM.
