Key Responsibilities
- LMS Functional Consultant - Keep it running - Incident Mnagement, Root Cause Analysis, Synchronization, Non Regression Test, Monitoring, DRP Test - Continuous improvement, automation - Collaboration with Onshore teams - Client contact and SAP relationship - Mandator release managemen - Minimum 3-5 years of SAP SuccessFactors LMS - Certified Consultant on SuccessFactors LMS (Learning Management) module
