Job Title: SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

Experience:3-8 Years

NoticePeriod: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

JD:

·3-6 years of SAP HR experience

·Should have worked on at least one supportproject with good understanding of SLA times for incidents, requirements and HRcases

·Good understanding of the product releasemanagement, and year-end activities (talent, compensation, payroll, etc.)

·Good communication skills to operate in virtualenvironment, and manage expectation with internal and external stakeholders

·Should have experience of working inlarge/remote teams

·Functional:

·Work with client success teams to translatecustomer/business needs into technical procedures

·Enhance and maintain our business intelligenceplatform to deliver improved analytics for end users

·Provide support and streamlining of dataconsolidation processes

·Understand optimization opportunities based onproduct roadmap, business challenges and innovation options

·Experience of SAP HR processes across one (ormore) areas below:

Core HR (Organizational Management / Personnel Administration/Time management)

Payroll (On-premise, S4, ECP)

Mini-master / Replication / Data Migration
