As a Human Resources Practitioner, you will provide expertise to develop and execute HR strategies, programs, and services across one or more parts of the employee lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that HR initiatives align with organizational goals, addressing employee inquiries, and facilitating training sessions to enhance workforce capabilities. You will also analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements, ensuring a positive employee experience throughout their journey with the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR processes and services.
Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.- Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution.- Ability to analyze HR data and generate insightful reports.- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance regulations.
