About the Team You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative global HR IT team responsible for supporting and enhancing HR systems across multiple business units. The team works closely with HR process owners and project stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration and efficient operations. What you can look forward to as SAP HCM Sr. Analyst (m/f/d):

  • Implement and configure SAP HCM modules, especially Payroll (PY) and/or Time Management (TM), aligned with global HR processes.

  • Ensure stable and efficient operation of HR systems and interfaces across business units.

  • Lead IT-related tasks during HR system rollout and enhancement projects.
