Job Description

Role: SAP HR ABAP – Senior Consultant

Experience: 9–12 Years

Shift: 2 PM – 11 PM IST

Location: Hybrid (Hyderabad, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Pune, Chennai)


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms) using SAP ABAP HR
  • Work on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors integrations, especially employee and payroll data flow
  • Develop and enhance custom Infotypes and HR-related ABAP solutions
  • Build and support interfaces between SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll (ECC/ECP)
  • Ensure developments follow SAP best practices and coding standards
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation
