SAP IBP

• Over 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO), with a strong focus on Demand Planning (DP) modules.
• Proven ability to design, configure, and implement end-to-end SAP IBP solutions to support business transformation and supply chain optimization.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex IBP and APO implementations across diverse industries, including manufacturing, retail, and consumer goods.
• Expertise in developing and deploying supply chain strategies that improve forecast accuracy, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of demand planning processes, statistical forecasting, and supply chain analytics.
• Adept at working closely with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, and translating them into scalable IBP solutions.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, change management, and providing user training and post-go-live support.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams globally.
• Passionate about delivering measurable business outcomes through strategic planning and innovative solutioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP IBP DP solution design, configuration, and deployment.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing.
• Ensure seamless integration with SAP ECC/S4 and other supply chain systems.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous process optimization.
• Prepare documentation, knowledge transfer materials, and project deliverables.
