Key Responsibilities

• Job Summary: As a Senior SAP FTS SP IBP consultant will be responsible for working on the deployment and support of demand planning and forecasting within the SAP IBP framework, while leveraging leadership skills to drive successful implementations and optimizations. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and support SAP IBP Supply Planning (optimiser) solutions tailored to business needs. Configure and optimize supply planning processes within SAP IBP. Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP IBP with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and other supply chain systems. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP IBP-related issues while ensuring system stability and performance. Stay updated on SAP IBP advancements and recommend innovative solutions. Required Skills Qualifications: 3 to 4 years of experience in SAP IBP, with expertise in Supply Planning. Strong knowledge of SAP IBP module – Demand and Supply (optimiser) planning. Experience with SAP IBP Configuration, Key Figures, Planning Areas, and Master Data Modelling. Hands-on experience in integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and other supply chain systems. Proficiency in Heuristics, Optimizer, Supply Chain Algorithms, and What-If Simulations. Ability to design and implement custom analytics and dashboards within IBP. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse and optimize supply chain processes. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Clear understanding of Functional integration aspects with other SAP modules and Solutions – e.g., Promotions Planning, Financial Planning Desired: Excellent communication skills Experimentation, and self-study Integration experience with IBP and other SAP modules is required Familiarity with project management tools and processes, desirable Familiarity with integration from and to Legacy systems to SAP S4 and IBP systems is a plus Preferred Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA - Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, SD). Certification in SAP IBP or related areas.
