Overview

Arc’teryx is preparing for a major system migration. They currently use SAP PI/PO (on‑prem) to handle integrations outside the SAP ecosystem, but SAP is pushing a move to the BTP Integration Suite. They’ve used BTP in limited ways before, but now they need to migrate all their older development, which includes 80–100 integrations. The migration will roll out in three phases.

The main goal for this year is to get ahead of legacy technical debt and move everything to a cloud‑based solution. This shift will improve monitoring currently difficult during peak season- and address the numerous issues in the legacy system.

In short: Large, phased migration from PI/PO to BTP Integration Suite, focused on modernizing 80–100 integrations, improving monitoring, and retiring problematic legacy tech.
