REQUIREMENTS

  • Working experience with SAP IS-U, SAP S/4HANA Utilities as a Senior/Lead Consultant

  • Customizing and implementing SAP ISU/Utilities processes and its understanding

  • Administration of master data (single-case-independent, single-case-related as well as commercial and technical master data)

  • Billing of electricity, water or gas, waste or even internet services

  • Invoicing process

  • Customer service

  • Strong analytical/conceptual way of thinking: focus on down to earth, fit for purpose solutions

    • RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand client’s expectations and gathering requirements

  • Anticipate needs and proactively propose innovative solutions in SAP

  • Leading workshops and defining fitting business solutions based on SAP standard processes
