Process Paramarsh is looking for SAP IS-Utilities Architect with deep experience in implementing and supporting SAP IS-U solutions across core utility processes. As a SAP IS-U Architect with Process Paramarsh, you will work on project engagements with leading global clients. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver reliable, and scalable utility solutions. Requirements Key Requirements Provide the architecture of the overall SAP IS-U solution that follows the utilities industry best practices across design and implementation Managed the overall integrated solution design across core SAP IS-U/CIS and related back-office (FICA, Billing, DM/AMI, Exception Management) and front-office (Service, Sales) work streams Establish solution governance across SAP and non-SAP platforms and external vendors Provide the pilot design and own workshops for solution conformation during the Build phase. Provide solution oversight for third-party and non-SAP integrations that are critical to business operations Support the data conversion, migration and cut over design including the testing scope which includes performance testing Advise OCM and trainings on building the materials that aligns with vision Work with stakeholders to prepare production readiness including BCP and DR plans Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful, high-quality solution delivery Facilitate client and internal workshops to drive alignment and knowledge transfer Mentor and develop junior team members to support continuous improvement Qualifications 12+ years of SAP IS-U experience with deep utilities domain expertise and responsibility for end-to-end integrated solution design and delivery across Build, Test, and Deploy phases 8+ years of hands-on SAP IS-U implementation experience across Billing, FICA, Device Management (DM/AMI), Customer Service, and Work Management Knowledge of SAP BTP, Integration Suite and APIs Knowledge of the AMI, EDM, MDM, and IoT ecosystems Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA Utilities and complex system integrations Proven experience leading solution architecture across blueprint, build, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment Demonstrated expertise in cutover planning, data conversion, testing strategy, and operational readiness Ability to lead and govern large, cross-functional delivery teams Strong stakeholder management, communication, and vendor governance skills Deep understanding of utilities industry best practices and CIS environments Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business, or equivalent experience Benefits Choose projects that align with your skills, interests, and availability Get compensated fairly for your expertise and contributions Access ongoing assignments as part of our consultant talent pool Be first in line for future contract roles Collaborate with leading enterprise

Key Responsibilities Configure and support SAP IS-U modules across customer-to-cash processes Analyze utility business requirements and translate them into SAP IS-U configurations Work on Business Partner, Contract Accounts, and Contract setup Support metering, billing, and invoicing processes Assist in rate and tariff configuration Execute unit testing and support integration and UAT cycles Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution Prepare functional documentation and test scripts Required Skills – SAP IS-U SAP IS-Utilities (IS-U) configuration experience Business Partner & Contract Account Management Meter Reading (MR) Device Management (DM) Billing and Invoicing Understanding of move-in / move-out processes Adjacent / Preferred Skills SAP FI-CA (basic exposure) SAP CRM or SAP CX for Utilities IDoc and interface understanding SAP ECC or S/4HANA exposure Utilities domain knowledge (Electric, Gas, or Water) Soft Skills Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Clear communication with business users Ability to work in structured project environments Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field SAP IS-Utilities certification preferred
