Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic SAP ISU Manager to join our team. This role involves managing the implementation and optimization of SAP IS-U (Utilities) solutions, focusing on enhancing utility billing, customer service, and overall operational efficiency for our clients in the utilities sector. Your expertise will play a crucial role in guiding teams through project lifecycles, ensuring that solutions align with business goals and industry standards.

In this leadership position, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and requirements, provide strategic insights, and lead the execution of SAP IS-U projects from conception to completion.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage SAP IS-U implementation initiatives, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and aligned with budget constraints.
  • Work closely with clients to gather requirements and define project objectives, focusing on utility billing, customer service, and financial processes.
  • Oversee the configuration and integration of SAP IS-U with other relevant modules (e.g., FI, MM) to ensure seamless operations.
  • Guide and mentor a team of SAP consultants and facilitate their professional development.
  • Conduct regular project reviews, identify risks, and determine mitigation strategies to enhance project outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices and optimizing existing processes within the SAP IS-U environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 9-12 years of experience in SAP IS-U
  • Proven experience with end-to-end SAP IS-U implementations and upgrades.
  • Strong knowledge of utility industry processes, including billing, invoicing, and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA and other relevant SAP modules is an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage client relationships effectively.
