Your Key Responsibilities

  • Understand & document business requirements

  • Initiate and support required change management

  • Develop functional specifications from business requirements

  • Develop, document, implement and present new solutions

  • Customize & Implement configurable SAP software solutions

  • Design & Support integration of legacy & 3rd party software applications with SAP

  • Support and optimize existing solutions

  • Provide operational support (tickets/RFSs)

  • Provide Project Support (Projects/RFCs)

  • Provide Training to key users

    • Your Qualifications


    Four year degree in Information Technology or Business discipline or equivalent business experience


    • 4+ years of experience in an SAP project and/or support environment


    o R/3 – mandatory


    o S/4 – preferred


    • Strong Technical Capability in respective SAP competency


    o Debug ability – must have


    o ABAP Development – Preferred


    o UI5 Development – Preferred


    • Possesses Functional Knowledge in manufacturing processes (automotive & industrial experience preferred) and system knowledge in areas related to SAP IM, WM, EWM and other logistic processes


    • Possesses experience in inbound, internal, outbound logistics operations of warehouses including handling unit and container management processes


    • Ability to configure and customize SAP systems including ECC LE/WM, EWM and embedded EWM system


    • Removal and put away strategies, warehouse capacity management


    • SAP Kanban and WM replenishment


    • Strong knowledge of SAP physical inventory and business processes, barcode Standards and Output control


    • Experience with setup, usage and troubleshooting of Radio Frequency (RF) devices, Barcode Scanners, ITS Mobile, RF queues as well as programs and menus for WM operations


    • Knowledge in other SAP Logistics Modules like MM, SD, QM and PP modules and their integration


    • Demonstrates an analytical/methodical/structured approach in daily work


    • Executes tasks reliably


    • Thrives in continuous improvement environment


    • Qualifies as effective Project Team Player


    • Soft Skills: Planning, Organizational, Cultural sensitivity, Communication, Facilitation, and Problem solving


    • Open to communicate consistently with business during business process discussion, requirement gather and solution implementation phase


    • Masters productivity suites, such as Microsoft Office, MS Teams, and JIRA
