: The SAP HR Systems Technician will play a critical role in configuring, maintaining, and enhancing the Clients Human Resources systems primarily within the SCEIS SAP ECC platform, as well as other HR-related systems. This position is essential for implementing system configuration changes, optimizing business workflows, improving data quality, and supporting complex reporting needs by aligning technical capabilities with evolving business requirements.


Required Skills
  • 3+ years of experience with SAP ECC (SCEIS) HR modules, including system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
  • 3+ years of experience optimizing SAP HR system workflows to support automation and reduce manual processes.
  • 3+ years of experience with HR/payroll processes, data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, FLSA), and regulatory compliance frameworks.
