Functional Consultant (Junior) (Level 2 Support)

Location: Malaga | Employment Type: Hybrid

We are seeking a junior consultant (no experienced) to join our support team, providing Level 2 functional expertise in SAP MM (Supplier master data - Business Partner).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for data and user management, resolving incidents, analyzing system issues, and supporting enhancements related to supplier master data in SAP.

• Provide Level 2 support for SAP MM-related incidents, service requests and data/user management
• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to implement process improvements
• Support configuration changes and testing activities
• Document solutions and maintain knowledge base
• Escalation to level 3 if needed
