Exp Range - 4 - 14 years
Location - Pan India (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Indore, Delhi NCR)

Must-Have
- EC Payroll Experience in P2P Integration and PCC
- US Payroll Schema and PCRs
- Investigate & Resolve the Payroll issues.
- Posting to Finance and Bank Transfer
- SAP HRSPs upgrade, BSI Tax Updates
- Year end Activities and Payroll Result Adjustments
Good-to-Have
- ABAP HR – preferable in Payroll Development
- Inbound and Outbound Interface knowledge
- Successfactors Employee Central
- Agile and DevOps ways of working
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Energetic team player
- Knowledge in Retail business and HR domains is a plus
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

As an ECP SME/consultant, need to work with Business Payroll Run team and provide stand by support to them during weekly Monday payroll run and resolve all the errors/issues promptly without anydelay and ensure that payroll cycle is completed on the same day including Bank Transfer. Also need to extend Off-cycle payroll run support if any errors are occurred.

As an ECP SME, should be able to pick up the complex incidents, analyze that incident digging deeper on the technical front to provide the resolution.

For any of the ECP product related issues, the ECP SME need to work with SAP team closely by opening an incident and work with them until the issue is fixed. Also, the ECP SME should prepare multiple test scenarios that the SAP team needs and ensure that the RCA is documented and shared with the respective stake holders for all the major incidents.

For any of the ECP HRSP Upgrades, the ECP SME need to work with SAP closely by analyzing the SAP Notes and assessing the impact and preparing multiple test scenarios and ensure that HRSP Upgrade is completed successfully
