About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Logistics Consultant with deep hands-on expertise in Stock Transfer Order (STO) scenarios and end-to-end execution of the CSFG (Cross‑System Goods Flow) process to join our RUN Support team. The ideal candidate brings deep SD/MM/WM/EWM expertise, hands‑on Intercompany Billing configuration, and strong command of material, batch, serial number, and QN master data. Experience with cross‑system integrations (e.G., SAP-to-SAP via IDOC). The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, global process owners, and technical teams to ensure uninterrupted logistics operations across ECC / S/4 environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Logistics (MM/SD with WM/EWM exposure).
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of:
• STO processes (1‑step/2‑step, PGI/GR, shipping/receiving plant flows).
• Intercompany Sales & Billing (pricing, IV billing, accounting).
• Material, Batch, Serial number & Quality Notification (QN) master data.
• Cross‑System Goods Movement via IDoc/ALE/Proxy/API integrations.
• Experience resolving logistics-related issues
• Strong debugging skills.
• Nice to have understanding of FI/CO postings related to intercompany logistics.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Deliver production support for Logistics (SD/MM) processes across STO, Intercompany, Delivery, Billing, and Goods Movement.
• Provide real‑time troubleshooting for issues related to:
• Stock Transfer Orders (NB/UB, delivery creation, PGI/GR failures).
• Cross‑company replenishment and Intercompany Billing (IV/IVL).
• Material, Batch, Serial number profiles, and QN master data.
• IDoc failures related to MATMAS, DESADV, SHPCON, ORDERS, INVOIC, etc.
• Monitor and resolve IDoc & interface errors.
• Execute root‑cause analysis and document permanent fixes and knowledge articles.
• Support daily business operations.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless cross‑system flow of goods between SAP ECC → SAP S/4 systems.
• Draft functional specs for minor enhancements, corrections, user exits/BADIs for logistics flows.
• Participate in testing (SIT/UAT) related to RUN support changes & transports.
• Validate new change requests for production stability and compliance.
• Work closely with business teams for issue reproduction, testing, and sign‑offs.
• Provide daily support updates and SLA compliance.
• Conduct ad hoc user training for common logistics issues or new small fixes.
