About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven
Supply Chain Program Manager
with a strong background in
Logistics operations, SAP systems
, and
Project Management
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading strategic supply chain and logistics programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, optimizing processes, and driving end-to-end execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex supply chain and logistics programs from initiation through delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, procurement, operations, IT, and finance teams.
• Utilize
  SAP (MM, SD, WM or relevant modules)
  to streamline supply chain processes and reporting.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables using PMP best practices.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure on-time, high-quality program execution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations.
• Report program performance to senior leadership and stakeholders regularly.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
  in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience
  in Supply Chain/Logistics Program or Project Management.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP
  (particularly logistics or supply chain modules).
• PMP certification
  (Project Management Professional) is
  required
  .
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex global supply chain projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-tech, manufacturing, or global logistics environments.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.
• Master's degree or additional certifications in Supply Chain or Logistics.
