The position holder will report to the IS BP Manager Distribution and will be responsible to:

  • Provide 1st & 2nd level support to users & Key users.
  • Find solutions out of existing system functionality in order to cover new business needs, taking into account global requirements
  • Analyze new requirements, design integrative solutions and suggest improvements on existing systems functionality in order to optimize them
  • Implements as many as possible of the approved system changes in order to save cost of external implementation
  • Manage the communication with internal stakeholders and external consultants
