JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Responsibilities
- Architect PP strategy: MRP (classic/MRP Live), demand-driven planning, scheduling, line balancing, confirmations, and backflush.
- Design QM processes: incoming/in‑process/final inspection, sampling plans, MICs, results recording, usage decisions, CAPA, SPC.
- Establish PM framework: maintenance plans, task lists, notifications, work orders, breakdown/ preventive/ predictive maintenance.
- Integrate PP–QM–PM with EWM/WM (quality stock, sampling), SD
