Job Title: SAP MM Functional Consultant

Location: Kochi, India

Experience: 4 to 14 years

Role Summary:

We are looking for experienced SAP MM Functional Consultants to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) and hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and support across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on end-to-end SAP MM implementation projects , including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Configure and customize SAP MM modules (Procurement, Inventory Management, Vendor Management).
• Integrate SAP MM with other modules like FI, SD, and PP .
• Handle Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and ensure smooth business operations.
• Provide production support , resolve incidents, and manage change requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and work closely with ABAP team.
• Conduct end-user training and create documentation.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of SAP MM configuration and business processes.
• Experience in integration with FI, SD, and PP modules .
• Hands-on experience in Procurement, Inventory Management, Vendor Evaluation .
• Good understanding of pricing procedures, release strategies, and account determination .
• Familiarity with incident management and change management processes .

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA .
• Knowledge of EDI, IDoc, and XML interfaces .
• Experience in implementation and rollout projects .

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• SAP MM certification is an added advantage.
