IS-BTP Migration Role

• S/4HANA experience a must
• Min 6+yrs (Ideal) of SAP ABAP exp working on S/4HANA with exposure to both Implementation and Support projects.
• Demonstrate solid ABAP development expertise this role requires seasoned consultants (no junior profiles, please).
• Hands-on experience with ABAP for Cloud and Clean Core remediation, particularly in addressing ATC checks and ensuring compliance with S/4HANA clean-core principles.
• Hands-on experience in ABAP on HANA, RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model), and Fiori integration, ensuring alignment with Clean Core and Cloud-ready development practices.
• In-depth knowledge of ABAP Objects (OOPs concepts) and modular programming.
• Experience in creating, configuring, and troubleshooting IDocs for system integrations.
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot OData Services and CDS Views (Core Data Services) to support Fiori apps and analytical reporting.
• Proficiency in creating and consuming SOAP web services using SOAMANAGER.
• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting AIF (Application Interface Framework).
• Strong debugging and analytical skills ability to understand complex legacy code, troubleshoot efficiently, and apply required enhancements.
• Familiarity with Transport Management and the ChaRM (Change Request Management) process.
• Ability to create and update Technical Specifications, with experience in interface re-design and optimization.

Summarization Role

• S/4HANA experience a must especially in FICO module
• Developer with experience working on Financial CO Objects
• Strong integration experience in IDOCs, BAPIs, Proxies, RFCs, must
• Strong understand on RICEF objects, with object-oriented programming experience.

• Hands-on experience with ABAP for Cloud and Clean Core remediation, particularly in addressing ATC checks and ensuring compliance with S/4HANA clean-core principles.
• In our vehicle plants our vehicle bill of materials currently have ~2000 parts and components. When we backflush these material on the production order the part level detail is flowing into the financial ledger (BSEG/ACDOCA), generating large data volumes. The goal of this project is to explore summarizing the financial postings for backflush documents to remove the component material from the posting to reduce from posting ~2000 components inventory reduction offset by cost to a summarized posting with just several inventory accounts offset by the main cost accounts (overseas parts, north American parts, fluids, paint, resin and steel). This could lead to a reduction in backflush data volume of over 95%.
• Role will be to work with the functional team to validate downstream processes (Manufacturing Usage Variance, Month end close Allocation jobs, Reporting) to determine what impacts there are from removing the component level data from financial tables. will need to work with the functional team to compare unsummarized data with summarized data in each of these processes to identify impacted processes and then work with the functional team to code the updated logic for these processes to retrieve the data from other tables (MATDOC for example) to remove the impact.

Enhancement Team PTP Workstream

• Developer on enhancement team working on PTP objects .
• S/4HANA experience a must especially in PTP module
• Interfaces experience including AIF, Enhancements, CDS Views, etc.
• Strong integration experience in IDOCs, BAPIs, Proxies, RFCs, must
• Strong in object-oriented programming and core ABAP.
