Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Process Modeling Specialist with 5 to 7 years of expertise in SAP Materials Management and SAP Process Modelling Suite tools. The role focuses on analyzing, modeling, optimizing, and supporting end-to-end materials management processes to improve operational efficiency and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Process Analysis & Modeling

• Analyze and model end-to-end Materials Management (MM) processes using SAP Process Modelling Suite tools such as Signavio, ARIS, and Visio .
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to document, standardize, and optimize SAP MM workflows.
• Design, enhance, and integrate SAP MM process models within the enterprise application landscape.
• Ensure all process models comply with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed process documentation, SOPs, and training materials to support knowledge transfer and user enablement.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to communicate process changes and drive user adoption.
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous process improvement based on industry best practices.
• Monitor process performance metrics, identify gaps, and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Support alignment of SAP MM processes with other SAP modules and enterprise systems for seamless integration.
• Work closely with business users, technical consultants, and project managers to gather, validate, and document requirements.
• Provide timely status updates and reports to project managers and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to ensure process consistency and compliance.
• Support core Materials Management activities including procurement, inventory management, and vendor management.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving SAP MM process execution and integration issues.
• Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate process models.
• Provide post-implementation support and ongoing continuous improvement recommendations.
