With this new role, your responsibilities include:

  • Service delivery management and operational support, to ensure that KPI and SLA are met within the team.
  • Experienced in SAP functional support such as configuration, customisation, support, and change request.
  • Ad hoc project management in SAP system for SAP SD/MM.

    • What you'll need to succeed

  • Min of 5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SAP SD) or SAP Materials Management (SAP MM).

  • Over 5 years of experience in IT service delivery, in managing KPI & SLA....
