SAP MM/PP Process Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced SAP Process Leads with a deep functional background in Planning & Production Execution and strong industry knowledge. This role involves leading strategic SAP transformations, solutioning, stakeholder management, and driving digital adoption across global implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP adoption initiatives in Digital Transformation journeys, delivering measurable business value

• Manage end-to-end SAP solutioning for your process track during global strategic transformation deals

• Collaborate with account teams, sales, and partners to shape solution strategy aligned with client needs and competitive landscape

• Present and defend solutions in internal and client-facing workshops, orals, and meetings

• Drive innovation and transformation in large accounts, ensuring delivery and solution assurance

• Provide expert guidance across projects, delivery engagements, and internal capability centers

• Mentor and develop teams of architects/SMEs, enhancing solutioning capabilities, reusability, and automation

• Plan and lead solutioning in alignment with business value chains and integrated process areas

• Maintain responsibility for performance evaluation and feedback mechanisms in collaboration with delivery teams

Primary Skills

• 15–20+ years of SAP solution and delivery experience with a functional background in Planning & Production Execution

• Deep expertise in S/4HANA PP, QM with experience in MTS, MTO, BOM, PP-PI, MRP, production execution, subcontracting, and relevant configurations

• Hands-on experience with IBP Demand, S&OP, R&S, and Inventory with CI-DS and RTI integration

• Experience in Greenfield/Brownfield S/4HANA implementations and global rollout projects

• Knowledge of agile methodologies and SAP ERP integrations with both SAP and non-SAP systems
