Job Description

Description GSPANN is hiring SAP MM/SD Consultants to support and configure SAP SD and MM modules. Drive key processes including Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (P2P), Pricing, Billing, and Inventory Management.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Deliver day-to-day support for SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) modules.
  • Resolve incidents and service requests efficiently within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent issue recurrence.
  • Configure and maintain SAP SD and MM modules based on evolving user requirements.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
  • Address issues related to master and transactional data, including Material, Vendor, Customer, and Pricing records.
