Job Responsibilities

  • Implementing, supporting SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding solutions in similar time zones and regions.
  • Tasks include managing technical configurations, system integrations, and user support.
  • Understand touch points between modules and data flow to external systems (e.g., payroll).
  • Knowledge of Role‑Based Permissions.
  • Work in Provisioning, activate settings, create and run jobs.
  • Error diagnosis using system logs and timestamps.
  • Ability to create complex business rules.
  • Adhere to language translation requirements.
  • Build custom processes, email notifications, tasks.
  • Map PDF forms to system fields and load using PDF editor.
  • Fully test configurations before LOB/customer handoff.
