Job Responsibilities
- Implementing, supporting SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding solutions in similar time zones and regions.
- Tasks include managing technical configurations, system integrations, and user support.
- Understand touch points between modules and data flow to external systems (e.g., payroll).
- Knowledge of Role‑Based Permissions.
- Work in Provisioning, activate settings, create and run jobs.
- Error diagnosis using system logs and timestamps.
- Ability to create complex business rules.
- Adhere to language translation requirements.
- Build custom processes, email notifications, tasks.
- Map PDF forms to system fields and load using PDF editor.
- Fully test configurations before LOB/customer handoff.
