• Strong knowledge on Document Management System and its retention process
• Developing well-structured and well-documented code
• Contributing to project documentation, including, but not limited to requirements document;
  technical design;
  test plans;
  and knowledge transfer documentation
• Demonstrating strong customer facing skills by building and maintaining positive customer relationships and translating them into long term benefits for both companies
• Preparing, maintaining, and submitting weekly activity/progress reports and time recording reports in accordance with published procedures
• Mentoring junior consultants on solutions, technology, and delivery of OpenText projects
• You conceptualize and evaluate opportunities for electronic document solutions for HR processes (digital contracts, signatures, and archives) and you prepare and plan steps for global implementation
• Manages system updates and implementation of new products for assigned modules to include making appropriate recommendations to process owners, gathering requirements, complete configuration changes and testing, and when appropriate training end users
• Supports training team on delivery and development of materials for end users
• Resolve product issue reported by customer

Profile and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent
• Practitioner with an experience of 5 – 7 years in implementing medium to complex ECM solutions
• Minimum TWO end-to-end implementation experience is necessary
• A working knowledge of one or more supporting technologies: Windows Servers and Clients, Unix, Active Directory, Microsoft business applications (including O365), Networking, and Databases
• Proficiency in one or more languages and frameworks such as Java, C#, JavaScript, Angular, React, REST, Spring Boot, Shell Scripting, HTML5, XML, JSP, Python, ABAP
• Good knowledge of functional process and a proven experience in a client facing role

Good written and oral communication skills in English (Business Fluent)
