Sap Operations Manager

Role Overview

The SAP Operations Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of SAP operations across TD SYNNEX. This hybrid technical-management role requires strong leadership and hands-on technical expertise in SAP operations, including system maintenance, batch job management, transport management, and archiving activities. The incumbent will manage complex technical teams, ensure operational excellence across SAP landscapes, drive process automation initiatives, and maintain alignment with ITIL best practices. This role reports directly to the Global Director of IT Operations and requires a versatile professional who can navigate both technical and managerial domains with autonomy and make strategic decisions.
