The SAP OTC Consultant will manage Order-to-Cash processes and ensure smooth sales and billing operations..



  • Configure SAP OTC processes including order management, delivery, billing, and returns

  • Integrate OTC with FICO, MM, and logistics modules

  • Analyze business requirements and optimize OTC workflows

  • Support UAT, cutover, and go-live

  • Provide post-implementation support

  • Strong experience in SAP OTC processes

  • Deep understanding of end-to-end sales cycles

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
