SAP PM -Con/ S con / Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant/Senior Consultant/Manager to join our team. In this role, you will focus on implementing SAP PM solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness in our clients' maintenance processes. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective SAP PM configurations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of SAP PM solutions, including configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Analyze and optimize client maintenance processes to enhance asset reliability and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and customize SAP PM functionalities accordingly.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate users on SAP PM best practices and functionalities.
• Perform system testing to ensure that configurations meet client requirements and support smooth user adoption.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure proper integration within the SAP landscape.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP PM issues, continually seeking enhancements to improve system performance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an SAP PM Consultant with hands-on implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PM functionalities, including work management, preventive maintenance, and equipment management.
• Experience with integration points between SAP PM and other modules like MM, FICO, and SD.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
