Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP PO/PI and API development.
  • The Application Support Engineer role focuses on delivering high-quality support by identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
  • Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot software-related challenges, ensuring seamless operation of essential applications, and continuously improving support processes and services through proactive monitoring and problem resolution.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for supported applications and integrations.
  • Collaborate with and guide teams in executing support and operational activities.
  • Take ownership of team-level technical decisions and contribute to cross-team decision-making.
  • Provide effective solutions to issues impacting both immediate and extended teams.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen overall team capability.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address potential issues.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP PO/PI and API development.
  • Solid understanding of integration patterns, processes, and methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving application and integration issues.
  • Familiarity with API management and development best practices.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
