Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP PO/PI and API development.
- The Application Support Engineer role focuses on delivering high-quality support by identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot software-related challenges, ensuring seamless operation of essential applications, and continuously improving support processes and services through proactive monitoring and problem resolution.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for supported applications and integrations.
- Collaborate with and guide teams in executing support and operational activities.
- Take ownership of team-level technical decisions and contribute to cross-team decision-making.
- Provide effective solutions to issues impacting both immediate and extended teams.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen overall team capability.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address potential issues.
- Strong proficiency in SAP PO/PI and API development.
- Solid understanding of integration patterns, processes, and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving application and integration issues.
- Familiarity with API management and development best practices.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
