Job Description
o Provide SAP ECC system support for ongoing operations at customer's business groups at Latin America, US and UK
- Support operations of the SAP legacy systems that support the operations of customer business groups in Latin America, US and UK
- For any approved change requests and break/fix incidents: perform configuration management, prepare documentation and testing of the functionalities (new and maintenance) as well as integration with other modules.
- Identify the level of effort required to successfully implement changes in business processes and user activities, perform effective time management between the different assigned projects, complying with customer's policies.
- Document and configure respective SAP modules to meet business requirements and ensure optimal process flow and system design.
- Develop unit and integral tests as needed, prepare test data and verify test steps to be carried out o Service Level Agreements (SLA) management
