Location- Pan India location

Roles Responsibilities

Must Have

1 Knowledge on Base Line Configuration

2 End to End Business Processes in SAP especially Process Industry for SAP Production Planning

3 Must have worked on WRICEF objects Specially Enhancements

4 Knowledge of Ticketing tools JIRA Snow etc

5 Must be able to manage Transport requests using SAP Solution Manager SOLMAN

6 Must be able to use data migration tools like LSMW

In detail

Facilitate the implementation support or rollout of SAP PPQM modules

Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions identify interpret validate and document customer requirements

Map client business requirements processes and objectives develop necessary product modifications to satisfy client needs

Design customize configure and testing of SAP PPQM

Identify gaps issues and work around solutions

Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting investigate analyze and solve problems

Handle changes or emergency transport as needed for high priority issues

Document functional designs test cases and results

Proactively identify and propose business process andor system enhancements

Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team

Provide adhoc training and user support as required
