SAP Practice Director

Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the strategic roadmap of the SAP practice, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities to expand solution offerings and client base.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the SAP practice, staying abreast of industry trends, and proactively introducing cutting-edge solutions to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and challenges and provide innovative SAP solutions.
• Oversee global delivery of high-quality SAP solutions to clients, adopt best practices.
• Provide visionary leadership to the SAP practice, inspiring and motivating a high-performing team.
• Own the P&L of the SAP practice, implementing effective financial strategies to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness, managing the practice budget, and ensuring financial targets and profitability goals are met, with tight monitoring and control of project costs, scope, and schedule, to optimize resource utilization.
• Steer continued customer satisfaction, maintaining strong client relationships, addressing client needs effectively and showcase SAP delivery excellence to ensure client delight, trust and loyalty.
• Ensuring effective collaboration, skill development, and recruit, develop, and retain top talent as a motivated SAP workforce.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting continuous learning and development.

Required Skills:

• Total SAP experience of 25+ years with at least the last 10 years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale SAP projects.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP technologies, including but not limited to SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Fiori, and SAP Cloud Platform.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align SAP solutions with clients' business objectives.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in business development and client relationship management.
• In-depth expertise in IT industry trends and best SAP Practices.
• Strong record of building and leading high-performance teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution acumen.
