The opportunity:

Define the technical strategy and roadmap for the SAP COE team. Ensure alignment with business objectives and IT policies. Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations for development and project initiative. A proactive approach to innovation, with the ability to generate new ideas and drive continuous improvement. Must continuously strive for Technology improvements & innovations. Lead the design of SAP S/4HANA technical architecture, including system landscape, integrations, and data migration strategies. Ensure compliance with SAP with the best practices and scalability for future requirements. Provide technical guidance and leadership on different topics, provide mentorship, allocate tasks and track technical deliverables. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams. Provide technical inputs during solution validation and decision-making. Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Develop and oversee the technology architectural design of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
  • Ensure solutions align with business requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to the project team.
  • Ensure best practices in SAP S/4HANA projects are followed.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.
  • Desing solution Aligning with business needs and objectives.
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of the SAP S/4HANA solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of the solution architecture.
  • Record design decisions and implementation processes.
  • Ensure solution designing follows relevant regulations and standards.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

    • Your background:

  • Must have Graduate or postgraduate degree in any field.
  • Should have 10+ years of experience in IT domain.
  • Extensive experience in SAP Architecture, with a strong track record of successful SAP S/4HANA project implementations and support.
  • Experience with SAP BTP and SAP integration tools (e.g., PI/PO, CPI, Mulesoft).
  • Proficiency in system landscape design, BASIS, and infrastructure.
  • Good understanding of cloud technology and SAAS solutions.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, including Fiori, CDS views, and ABAP on HANA.
  • Experience with Agile Methodology/SCRUM/DevOps.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in SAP certified enterprise architect or TOGAF.
  • Familiarity with the industry standard for SAP projects, understanding its unique challenges & requirements.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
