Position Summary

The Application Support - SAP Production Planning Analyst role provides functional support within the Supply Chain modules (PP, MM, WM) of Abbott Rapid Diagnostics (ARDx) SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day end‑user support for the ARDx SAP systems.
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Identify and design system enhancements in response to incidents raised by the user community.
• Deliver such changes through the ARDx SAP system landscape.
• Complete functional and configuration documentation for any solutions delivered.
• Provide training to users on standard ARDx processes.
• Maintain SAP process‑related documentation in accordance with change‑management policies and processes.
