Sap Production Planning

Position Responsibilities :

• Responsible for Conducting Workshops and Contribute towards process solutioning
• Collaborate with cross functional teams comprising of business SMEs, Architects, Developers and SIs (vendor consultants) on current processes and propose solutions to enhance current systems for projects and products
• Identify, recommend, and implement complex configuration solutions and implement full cycle configuration to meet business needs; create and update associated documentation
• • Translating Functional Specifications into Application design documents, co-ordination with ABAP team, testing of new functionality or Enhancements, Prepare Test plans and Test scripts, Perform Unit tests and integration tests
• Participate in the project delivery during testing cycles and lead the root cause analysis and correction of issues
• Exposure to usage of SAP Solution Manager
• Ability to handle and lead the development of WRICEF objects independently in collaboration with ABAP team.
• Exposure to SAP Project Systems
• Certifications in either SAP PS or S/4 HANA will be an added advantage
• Knowledge and Experience of SAP Activate methodology and Agile (SAFe) development methods
• Contribute for overall project management plan using SAP Activate methodology
• Experience with SAP S/4 Hana and FIORI
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 12+ years of experience with SAP PP consulting
• 5+ years of experience in S/4HANA Production Planning & execution
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its PP capabilities.
• Experience with 2 E2E full life cycle implementation in SAP S/4 HANA
• Experience with SAP Production Planning in a large and complex business environment
• Experience in Interface development with PLM and MES applications
• Experience with SAP module specifics including user exits, batch jobs. and standard SAP reports
• Knowledge and experience in using the latest Fiori Apps pertaining to work centers, capacity planning, production order execution

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience in SAP Production planning Module including master data, MRP Engineering Change Number, Parameter Effectivity and production execution covering the SAP PP configurations
• Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry is nice to have
• Experience with discrete and repetitive manufacturing
• Experience with central function activities ECM/OCM/Batch
• Experience in cross functional integration with sales (SAP SD), procurement (SAP MM), warehouse (SAP EWM), costing (SAP FICO), quality (SAP QM), and plant maintenance (SAP PM)
• Experience in ePPDS and SAP QM is nice to have
• SAP certifications in SAP S/4 PP & QM is an added advantage
