SAP Program Manager

We are currently looking for S/4HANA Program Manager tooversee a migration from ECC to S/4HANA with one of our global end clients.

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 month initial contract with long term extensions likely

Location: Hybrid – remote with occasional travel to Netherlands OR India

Languages: English speaking

Type: Contract/Freelance

Role/Responsibilities

• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Strong track record delivering global rollouts, ideally with exposure to APAC regions.
• Proven experience working with systems integrators and offshore delivery teams.
• Act as the senior point of contact between business leadership, IT teams, and external partners.
• Define and lead program governance, including steering committees and executive-level reporting.
• Align global and local stakeholders on scope, timelines, priorities, and delivery outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP RISE programs is beneficial
• Proactively manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
