Required Skills

  • Should have 7+ years of experience of handling support project in SAP as well Non-SAP Application.
  • Should be well versed in ITIL processes and execute the same as per the contract
  • Should be able to manage support with SLA/KPI compliance and would act as an escalation point Should be able to deliver projects within targeted revenue and margins with optimized team size Responsible for customer relationship and manage good CSAT
  • Responsible for delivery excellence initiatives.
