Job Description

The SAP Project Manager oversees SAP implementation, upgrade, and integration projects, guiding teams from planning through to delivery. This role coordinates stakeholders, manages resources and timelines, and ensures projects meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan SAP projects, define scope, timeline, and budgets.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and manage expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
  • Oversee project tasks, address issues, and keep projects on track.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and SAP guidelines.
  • Identify and manage project risks and problems.
  • Track spending and resources, ensuring projects stay within budget.
  • Support change management and user training for SAP adoption.
  • Manage vendors, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Report progress to sponsors and document project milestones and lessons learned.
