  • Project ManagementLead and manage full life-cycle SAP projects, including S/4HANA greenfield, brownfield, and migration projects.Develop and execute project plans, timelines, resource allocations, budgets, and risk management strategies.Oversee integration between SAP modules and third-party systems.
  • Team Leadership.Lead cross-functional project teams, including consultants, developers, testers, and business analysts.Mentor junior project managers and team members.
  • Quality & Compliance.Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational policies, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.Apply SAP Activate or other recognized methodologies for project execution.
  • SAP HANA Expertise.Drive HANA migration projects (ECC to S/4HANA) including system conversion and data migration strategies.Collaborate with Basis and functional teams to ensure optimal HANA performance and architecture design.
  • Monitor project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively, and that financial targets are met.

    • Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 12+ years in SAP project delivery, with at least 4-5 years in SAP S/4HANA projects.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, modules, data migration, and integration points.
  • Proficient in SAP Activate, ASAP, or Agile/Hybrid project management frameworks.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to engage C-level stakeholders.
  • PMP / PRINCE2 preferred; SAP S/4HANA certifications a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Exposure to industries such as manufacturing, retail, or utilities.
  • Familiarity with SAP BTP and integration tools.
