Roles & Responsibilities -

• Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA conversion and migration projects from initiation to completion. – Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for project teams and end-users.
• Implement strong project, people, team, stakeholder, and governance models to ensure project success.
• Excellent skills in Defect Management & Overall Test monitoring and Reporting
