Role Overview

Lead end-to-end SAP initiatives (S/4HANA and related platforms) using SAP Activate and Agile delivery. Own planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder management, delivering value-driven outcomes via Jira (epics, stories, boards, metrics).

Your Responsibilities

Plan & Mobilize: Define scope, delivery model, governance, and SAP Activate plans

Backlog & Delivery: Manage epics, stories, sprints, velocity, and release planning

Jira Management: Configure boards/workflows, dashboards, and reporting

Schedule & Budget: Track progress, manage variances, maintain RAID, and report to executives

Risk & Quality: Drive issue resolution, change control, testing, cutover, and quality gates
