SAP Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled SAP Project Manager ll Noida ll 2+ yrs of exp. to join our

engineering team. The candidate will work on developing frontend & backend services, RESTful

APIs, and microservices, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver

high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP project execution, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Manage cross-functional teams across SAP functional and technical streams
• Apply Agile methodologies to drive iterative delivery and continuous improvement
• Create and track project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies using Jira
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and change requests proactively
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, governance, and best practices
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Project Manager on SAP projects (S/4HANA preferred)
• Hands-on experience managing projects using Agile / Scrum frameworks
• Proficiency in Jira for project tracking, sprint planning, and reporting
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certification or PMP / PRINCE2 certification
• Experience working in large-scale SAP transformation programs
• Exposure to hybrid delivery models (Agile + Waterfall)
