- Project Objective/Outcomes: To lead and successfully deliver end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, governance standards, and high-quality outcomes for enterprise clients.
- Project Description: The project involves managing large-scale SAP implementation and transformation engagements for a leading Big 4 consulting firm. The SAP Project Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, governance, stakeholder management, and delivery across multiple SAP workstreams. The role requires strong onsite client engagement in Mumbai, coordination with system integrators and vendors, adherence to SAP and consulting delivery methodologies, and support through UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases.
