Job Description :

??? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Handling Client queries, supporting various User requirements (new developments and modifications) in existing application Landscape.

??? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Co-ordination between Information System, Basis and IT Infrastructure teams to ensure continuity of support activity.

??? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Knowledge of business processes related to ? Project management/ Sales/Material Management/Production Planning

??? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Exposure to SAP Solution Manager for transport the config. or custom development from DEV till PRD.

??? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Need to support SAP PS support calls adhering to SLA.

??? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Mentoring the other team members in functional and technical aspects.

??? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Ability to provide and review documentation as required in various stages of document life cycle.

??? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Understanding the detailed technical specification and identify the issues which impacts performance

??? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Preparing & maintaining documentation for Technical developments (Technical Specification)

??? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Monitoring of Process Chains and Background jobs.

??? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Should have good communication skills with good attitude
