SAP QM - Quality Management

• Lead end-to-end SAP QM implementations (Blueprint → Realization → Go-Live → Hypercare)
• Own QM solution design for Incoming, In-Process, Final Inspection, Audit Management
• Configure and govern Inspection Plans, MICs, Sampling Procedures, Certificates
• Drive QM integration with MM, PP, SD, WM/EWM, Batch Management
• Lead S/4HANA QM conversion and greenfield/brownfield projects
• Manage Quality Notifications, CAPA, Vendor Quality, Non-conformance processes
• Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, FDA, regulatory standards
• Lead UAT, cutover, data migration, and go-live strategy
• Manage onshore/offshore teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Provide solution governance, risk management, and continuous improvement

Skills & Expertise:

• Strong hands-on configuration in SAP QM
• Proven implementation & rollout leadership
• Deep integration knowledge with MM & PP
• Experience with S/4HANA QM simplifications
• Excellent stakeholder & team leadership skills
• Required Expertise:
• 8+ years hands-on experience in SAP QM
• Strong integration knowledge with QM, SD
• S/4HANA QM implementation experience preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
