About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Roll-out Lead to manage and drive global SAP S/4HANA rollout initiatives across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP implementations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in complex, multi-country environments.



Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SAP rollout projects from planning to go-live and hypercare
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with cross-functional business and IT teams
  • Handle requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization
  • Ensure strong cross-module integration and alignment with business processes
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management
  • Support knowledge transfer and continuous improvement initiatives


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP rollout, implementation, or support projects
  • Minimum 3–5 end-to-end SAP rollouts, preferably in global environments
  • Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA (ECC knowledge is a plus)
  • Hands-on exposure to SAP Fiori
  • Good understanding of cross-module integration (MM, SD, FI, PP, etc.)
  • Experience working on international / multi-location projects
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum and traditional project management methodologies
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required
